that doesn't make his behavior admirable. What did these people do to him that made him react this way? Nothing at all. So that reveals something about his character. Are we to admire it? Are we to wonder why he behaved this way to ordinary decent people? What caused him to be rude and to make frat-boy comments about women? All questions raised by his behavior.
