Are you new?

I think you're right--I never noticed it before--but I like your idea to compare and contrast the two sets of sisters. There is genuine affection and sympathy between Jane and Elizabeth; Caroline and Louisa are bound by family ties, but not by deep affection. I wonder if they are even capable of it?
