Yes, of course Stratton Park is outside of Bingley's price range given its purchase price of 150,000 pounds in 1802 but the Manor House at Lee, which was purchased for 20,000 pounds in 1796, seems well within Bingley's price range. It too is a lovely estate. These two examples were meant to give a range for the relative purchase prices of estates at the time.
