Giving offense Written by Cheryl (4/13/2010 10:48 a.m.) in consequence of the missive, Darcy’s Crowd Offended Too, penned by Robbin

I've always thought that the "continually giving offense" line referred to Darcy's actions in Meryton, not everywhere. That is a new thought for me - that everyone, even his London acquaintances, might be offended by his actions.
