I've always thought that he is saying that when a woman has five married daughters, and ought give over thinking of her own beauty, the woman does not have much beauty left--but you, Mrs. B., are different, you are still beautiful, even if you have five grown up daughters.

I guess I see what you're saying, but I've always read it the other way.
