Are you new?

I do think I have seen Large somewhere. Is that how yours reads Elizabeth K? And if so which edition, because I think it effects the meaning for me. "Good fortune" would IMHO point more to Bingley, "Large" points more specifically to Mr. Darcy and changes the entire direction of this first line for me.
