Are you new?

I think I also agree on a ) Theodore in the caves not recognizing the voice of the damsel he had recently saved.

Theodore and Frederic each mistook each other as retainers of Manfred, their common foe, and fight.

In ch. 3, people doubt the truth of their own eyes or ears.

In ch. 4, Matilda cannot believe she is the one Theodore feels affection for although his eyes remained fixed on her.

Ch. 4 sees a tangle of love elements enter TCoO.

Tantalizing ! ;)
