Trying to paint the scene!   Written by LaurieBrittany (1/23/2006 2:17 p.m.)
Are you new?

This first chapter seemed really cheesey to me at first especially with these reacuring statements: “Words cannot paint the astonishment of Isabella.”

“Words cannot paint the horror of the princess’s situation.”

Well can't you at least try sir? :)

But when I came to the vault "a vault totally dark" I was rather getting into it! Where will Isabella go? What will happen to the peasant-of-no-fixed-name? :)

I found the conversation of Jaquez & Diego hillarious! Especially these words: "We looked under every bench and stool; and still we found nobody.” “Were all the pictures in their places?” said Manfred. “Yes, my lord,” answered Jaquez; “but we did not think of looking behind them.”
