Are you new?

...when Catherine returned from Bath and Northanger about the possibility that she might be in love, I wonder if Catherine had been changing since she was fifteen but that Mrs. Morland's (and James's) view of her was stuck in the past. Perhaps Catherine was not so scatterbrained even before she left for Bath. Certainly the Allens had a degree of confidence in her to be well behaved and pleasant company.
