More insight into Henry's nature through his environment   Written by Delories (3/26/2009 4:28 p.m.) in consequence of the missive, Catherine's visit to Woodston, penned by JoAnn
Are you new?

In this Woodston episode, we get some more insight into Henry's nature from the environment he is creating for himself... and maybe for Catherine, as she suddenly starts to realize...

My favourite detail of this kind, though, is in Chapt. 23, when, at NA, Catherine comes upon a "dark little room, owning Henry's authority, and strewed with his litter of books, guns, and great-coats".

I like it because there's this sort of manly aura about the whole thing, adding a bit more oomph to our picture of Henry. Also, the "litter" ties in nicely with the image of Henry's dogs at Woodston, another detail I really like.
