I don´t quite understand why this reference to Catherine is made in the same breath with the observation that Frederick is lost to a woman like Isabella. Of course his remark can be understood both ways: as an ironic description of Isabella, who is just the opposite or as a beautiful description of Catherine. But that he can connect those two thoughts without batting an eyelid really astonishes me. No wonder Catherine was a bit overstretched with Henry´s remarks at times...
