Here's a question about Chapter 2 Written by Cathy Allen (3/22/2009 2:38 p.m.)

I just started listening to the NA audio book as I'm driving (I've only finished Disc 1 -- I have a short commute!), and it's not clear to me when JA writes of Catherine's sister's name:

"Sally, or rather Sarah (for what young lady of common gentility will reach the age of sixteen without altering her name as far as she can?)..."

What is her actual name, AND what does she call herself? I think it could be construed either way! Can we get a consensus?
