The last time I participated in a NA GR - someone posted a photo of Blaise Castle as seen today and it looked brand new!! I can just imagine how it looked in Catherine's time (of course, I was on a different computer for that read and no longer have the photo to share now). It's a good thing Catherine never saw it - if she was disappointed in the Abbey (which, at least, had been a working abbey at one point), imagine how she would have felt driving over with a bore to see a folly!
