Isabella's thoughtlessness:   Written by kathleen (elder) (3/15/2009 6:15 p.m.) in consequence of the missive, Confused about the end of ch.18, penned by Line
Are you new?

I think that Catherine may be referring to Isabella not being careful with either James's feelings OR with Captain Tilney's feelings. The end of the preceding paragraph describes Catherine's thoughts:

How strange that she [Isabella] should not perceive his [Captain Tilney] admiration! Catherine longed to give her a hint of it, to put her on her guard, and prevent all the pain which her too lively behaviour might otherwise create both for him and her brother.

I also believe that Catherine is beginning to see Isabella realistically, and all of Isabella's flattery of Catherine no longer has a positive effect.
