Here's a good definition Written by Laraine (3/9/2009 2:29 p.m.) in consequence of the missive, Not sure about the meaning of oxymorons, but, penned by MarianneR

Generally, oxymorons are just two words.

In my opinion, the passage you quoted is more like irony, which can be defined by the reader understanding the incongruity of what's being said. But definitions of irony vary.

The main point is that it's funny, no matter what you call it :)
