menu from my modern point of view--or maybe just my own since I like to take a bite in front of the computer reading posts at Pemberley. :D I guess not everyone was expected to eat everything? Do you know how long each course was left on the table before being removed for the next one. Of course, three courses also reminds me of Mrs. Bennet who assures Bingley of the same. LOL, this is a fun and interesting post, thanks a bunch! :D
