Where do they get the idea of Catherine's wealth...   Written by Caron (4/13/2006 2:54 p.m.)
Are you new?

...in the first place? I understand that they believe she is or will be wealthy. I remember that Catherine was asked about her relationship with Mr. Allen (was she his godchild). But really, upon what evidence does everyone leap madly to the conclusion that she has money?

I feel as though I have missed something. Have I or is it just one of those things we all know and move forward with the knowledge?
