Thanks Pennie + Carriage Ride Frequency   Written by BarbaraB (4/12/2006 9:37 p.m.) in consequence of the missive, Mr Allen's concern was at the frequency, penned by Pennie
Are you new?

Actually after I posted and was looking for information for the next post, I realized that she had already been out twice when she asked Mr. Allen's advise. In my mind I was thinking she asked before the 'let's-give-the-castle-another-try' episode. The first time, according to the calendar, was 2/13, the second time was 2/16 and it was on 2/18 that the Thorpes and James were trying to get her to go out again, which would be three times in five days which as you point out was the problem Mr. Allen had. By the same token, Isabella would have been going out in an open carriage with a young man with the same frequency, but she didn't seem to care. James had many many clues about Isabella's character but chose to ignore them. Thanks for clearing this up.
