I think I may have found an invisible servant in ch 9:

two open carriages at the door, in the first only a servant, her brother driving Miss Thorpe in the second

The servant mentioned is 'only' a servant. Could it be assumed that there was a servant with James and Isabella who wasn't mentioned?
