Ooh, here goes!   Written by Sarah Hannah (4/5/2006 12:34 a.m.) in consequence of the missive, Limerick Contest #1, penned by Carolyn
Are you new?

I choose Mrs. Allen and muslins as my theme:

1)
A lady there was who contriv'd
That as soon as in Bath she arriv'd,
She'd indulge in her passion
Of learning each fashion;
And Catherine in tow, so she striv'd.

2)
To plan that night's dress, about 2:00,
Catherine begged for advice - "What to do??
"Shall it be spot or sprig?"
"My dear, call for the gig!
For we simply must buy something new!"

I'm sorry, I did two - but now I can't choose between them! Is it okay to post both? If not, I'll delete this message and choose just one.
Thanks!
-Sarah Hannah :-)
