Dare I say the above Entrance Hall of No. 1 Royal Cresecent reminds me of the Tilneys' lodgings in NA 1 ? (though I think the Tilneys were lodged elsewhere in NA).

The drawing room is lovely and bright. An interesting touch is the gaming table (?) on the right.

The sedan chair is interesting. I've seen engravings of JA's Bath with so many sedan chairs parked outside public buildings.

When I first read NA it took me a few minutes to realize JA meant a sedan chair at the end of Ch. 2 after Catherine's evening at the Upper Rooms, 'she went to her chair...'
