Like you, due to some home renovations (drywall: Yuck!) and going out of town, I didn't get to post as much as I would have liked but I, too, managed to read all the posts so far. There were so many wonderful thoughts and ideas that I wished to respond to but just couldn't manage to get back to them to do so.

I was very impressed with the quality of the limericks and they gave me many smiles and chuckles---the best overall group of poems in a group read thus far in my opinion. I loved reading them as well as writing some myself. Thanks to everyone who submitted them. They made this group read especially fun. Thanks again Carol for the extra time and effort you put into doing the limerick contest for us.

And thanks to all participants in the GR. It's been most enjoyable and as always very enlightening.
