My stab at finishing the sentence   Written by Louise H (10/18/2010 10:27 p.m.) in consequence of the missive, Fake, Fake!, penned by Barb JA
Are you new?

I think Fanny meant something like this:

No, indeed, you know your duty too well for me to ... have anything to add or suggest about what your duty might be.

— even supposing ... I had the sort of claim on you that a fiancee would have, authorizing me to say anything about your conduct.

I've said this inartfully, but I think she's saying that even a fiancee couldn't tell him anything about his duty that he doesn't already know, and of course she's not his fiancee.
