And all this time I thought Mary just wanted Fanny to have that necklace. Fanny is so uncomfortable with herself, can we really trust her thought that there was something in Mary's eyes? Or that she thought she saw a bit of a smile on Henry's lips when he saw her wearing the necklace? Could it all just be her own lack of self-worth and her self-conciousness? Just wondering......
