Quickest way to get copies? Written by Mia I. (10/2/2010 4:48 a.m.) in consequence of the missive, I wondered too, penned by Ramya

I think it was the quickest way to get a book, from a printer, the reason in this case being that bookbinding took some time. Otherwise one would buy an unbound book and than order a binding to match other books in one's fancy library :-D
