Good point about Edmund practicing with Fanny. If he had come to her room first, somehow I don't think she would have been able to get through it. If she had would she have exposed her feelings fully by accident?

LOL at "Woman herself is a problem".

Edmund doesn't seem to be able to make out either Mary or Fanny, though with Fanny we shouldn't expect it.
