No doubt Fanny is as grateful as she ought to be for her first little impromptu ball. I agree she does not seem annoyed. I dare say she would struggle against such an ungrateful emotion but she is grieved to be missing out on the dancing and wishes earnestly for Tom’s return. (:D)
