A question   Written by Lisa Dalrymple (9/20/2010 9:51 a.m.) in consequence of the missive, Humorous Sotherton outing, penned by Barb JA
Are you new?

The line, "And she talked and laughed about it with so little caution as to catch the comprehension of Mr. Rushworth and his mother, and expose her sister to the whispered gallantries of her lover" - I had thought it meant that everyone figured out what Henry said to Maria, but it just hit me that maybe it means Mr. Rushworth came over and started whispering to Maria? I think I have been reading that line wrong for years.
