"If you want Henry to marry, you must have...a Frenchwoman?? Written by Stacey GC (9/16/2010 11:32 a.m.)

What does this mean? What abilities does a Frenchwoman have that can entice Henry to marriage? Does she mean some sort of magical influence? Or sexual influence? Is this a Life & Times question?

I have read and reread this passage and I do not understand what she is referring to...please enlighten me.
