Are you new?

Please would you explain what Mary has done so far that makes you call her fickle, and why exactly do you say she is phony?

Also, could you point out what you find in these early chapters which shows that Fanny has unwavering moral uprightness.

I would like to understand your point of view Jeffrey, but I'm not sure which passages you find to be evidence for these descriptions.
