As for Lady Bertram she wouldn't bother with whatever way she addressed. I find this one sentence extremely descriptive of her in the first chapter;

"Lady Bertram made no opposition." :-D

Further elaboration of the above quote comes from another one;

"Lady Bertram, who was a woman of very tranquil feelings, and a temper remarkably easy and indolent, would have contented herself with merely giving up her sister, and thinking no more of the matter; but Mrs. Norris had a spirit of activity, ....."

This contrast between the sisters is very amusing.
Love the way JA writes "would have contented herself with merely giving up her sister" LOL.

So you see, I don't think being called Lady Bertram by her sister is going to disturb her.
