|Six all-time best books lists - only 7 novels made all 6 lists

My friend Nick went through six all-time best novels lists and compiled lists of his own for which ones made all six lists, which merely made five of them, and so on until he got to a bunch of books that only showed up on two of the six lists.
Here's how Nick described his endeavor:
The Time Magazine top 100 Novels, The Barnes and Noble Classics Collection, The World Library 100 Greatest Novels, the famous Facebook “Book List Challenge”, Goodreads top 100, and Daniel Burt’s Top 100 Collection.
The ranking process was simple: Whatever made it to all six lists (Time magazine and Barnes and Noble were combined, due to their specific era focus) made the Diamond list (only 7 made it – want to guess?). If the book made 5 of the lists, it went to the Platinum category (17 books total – again, want to guess?). 4 lists - Gold (20 total); 3 lists - Silver (43 total); 2 lists - Bronze (67 total).
You might be surprised at which ones made the lists.
