Attempt to retrieve Susan MS. Written by Mandy N (8/18/2011 9:27 a.m.) in consequence of the missive, Letter 68, penned by Myretta

Jane's attempt to retrive the unused Susan MS from Crosby & Co. indicates she was turning again to literary activity.
In her letter to Crosby &Co. after six years, Jane does seem anxious for the publication of Susan.

My impression is, in 1809, the most interesting and creative period in Jane Austen's life is approaching.
