P.S: One passing reference to Christmas Written by Line (2/4/2010 1:54 p.m.) in consequence of the missive, A Regency Christmas, penned by Line

In today's letter, JA did make one reference to Christmas - she wrote about "a child's ball" which was "to take place between this and Twelfth-day", which I assume was the twelfth day of Christmas, or somewhere around January 6.
