The Island Written by Pam k (1/26/2010 3:24 p.m.) in consequence of the missive, Isle of Wight, penned by Myretta

When I lived in Portsmouth, Corkheads (natives of the Isle of Wight) always referred to the Island. Portsmouth isn't far from Southampton. I assumed it was the Isle of Wight without even checking any sources which I suppose was rather unwise really.
