I love the “important nothings” in the letters. Everyday activities, visiting, the descriptions of friends as well as the not so everyday happenings such as traveling are of great interest to me. The important nothings paint a vivid picture of Jane’s life and I can identify. My life is filled with important nothings as well. My main interest is family, friends, home and news of the same. I would be a bear by the end of such a long journey! (:D)
