Relationship with Cassandra   Written by Robbin (11/26/2006 9:56 a.m.) in consequence of the missive, Cassandra's Letters, penned by Line
Are you new?

I agree and I remember too…JA titled Cassandra the “finest comic writer of the present age” in Letter 4. I think JA’s love for Cassandra and their closeness shines though in her letters. I especially like that JA describes her new dress as made in a style Cassandra believes compliments her figure and how she opens the letter praising Cassandra’s humor and how her letter made JA laugh. I have to agree; I love to receive a letter that makes me laugh—I tend to carry them around and reread them often. ;D
