Letter 6, Why does he...? Written by Tanya Virginia (8/31/2005 7:08 p.m.) in consequence of the missive, Letter 6: Joke about Edward Knight, penned by Cheryl

...need 5 or 6 hundred pounds? Is this what it would cost to change his name? And why didn't Edward change his name to Knight until 1812? Did it have something to do with the legal battle over the Chawton entailment?
