Typical JA Written by Joan Ellen (8/30/2005 12:55 p.m.) in consequence of the missive, Letter 5- misunderstandings inherent in letters, penned by Carolyn Ruth

It occurred to me on reading this passage that anyone else, after reading over what they had written and noticing the problem with it, probably would have just crossed out 'she' and inserted 'Eliz.' - but JA leaves it as it is and then makes a witty comment on her own error! :-)
