Isn't she writing to Charles Austen? Written by JulieW (8/30/2005 10:56 a.m.) in consequence of the missive, To whom is she writing in Cork?, penned by Carolyn Ruth

In letter 4 she complains that he has deceived her into writing two letters to him at Cork.Persumably he was delayed , possibly by adverse weather, in getting there?
