Are you new?

In letter 6 there is a 'throw away'' comment that Sir Thomas Williams has sailed 'on a cruize' but JA hopes he is going to Cork or she will have written in vain. To whom is she writing in Ireland? Has TLeF already gone there or is he still with the uncle in London? If only we knew what Cassandra knows!
