The Beautifull Cassandra   Written by Cheryl (6/23/2006 2:29 a.m.)
Are you new?

First of all, this is a hoot starting from the opening dedication of "You are a Phoenix" (A Phoenix?! ;-) and ending with "This is a day well spent."

Each chapter is short, just one or two sentences, but there's a little twist at the end of each. The sentence doesn't end up quite where you thought it would.

Her father was of noble Birth, being the near relation of the Dutchess of ----'s Butler. (ch 1)

THE first person she met, was the Viscount of ----, a young Man, no less celebrated for his Accomplishments & Virtues, than for his Elegance & Beauty. She curtseyed & walked on. (ch 3)

I love these little surprises, lines that cause what Ann2 calls the "ag" - "abrupt giggle." What a fun little piece. What did you think of it?
