Too many   Written by Cheryl (6/19/2006 11:04 a.m.) in consequence of the missive, LOL Moment in L&F, penned by Robbin
Are you new?

I started to keep a list of favortie funny lines, as I do for every JA GR, but there were too many! I felt as if I was simply copying the entire piece and so gave it up.

But a couple of ones that remain vivid for me:

The reunion of Edward and Augustus - every bit as mushy and over the top as the girls:

Never did I see such an affecting Scene as was the meeting of Edward and Augustus.

"My Life! my Soul!" (exclaimed the former) "My Adorable Angel!" (replied the latter), as they flew into each other's arms. It was too pathetic for the feelings of Sophia and myself -- We fainted alternately on a sofa.

And the whole long-lost grandchildren thing left me with tears in my eyes, I was laughing so much: "Another Grand-child!" And another, and another... ;-)
