Names are used over and over again in JA's fiction: Elizabeth Bennet, Elizabeth Elliot; Anne Elliot, Anne (Taylor) Weston; Isabella Thorpe, Isabella (Woodhouse) Knightley; Catherine Morland, Catherine (Kitty) Bennet, Lady Catherine DeB.; etc. You can explore how many times names are used by using the Jane Austen character names database here at RoP (link below).
