...but in this History JA seems to be taking the opposite "side" in many cases then we might think. Anna Bullen is innocent, her mother well, we'll talk about that later, Henry V not so great despite Agincort and Richard III also innocent. There seems to be a pattern here.

I now really believe that this little history was a work at which the family had a rollicking good laugh. Can't you see Jane giggling to herself as she was writing these outrageous statements?
