A pity Henry V died when he did.   Written by Mandy N (8/21/2004 12:34 p.m.) in consequence of the missive, Henry the 6th, penned by Carolyn
Are you new?

As he left a young son and a nobility practised in the arts of warfare.

I doubt JA was so concerned English fortunes in France declined but when civil war broke out the weak government was unable to control the nobles accustomed to fighting in France.

'I suppose you know all about the Wars between him and the Duke of York who was of the right side.'

Henry VI was probably Henry V's greatest failure.

'I cannot say much for this Monarch's sense'.

I wonder if here, Jane accidently agrees with conventional history texts. ;)
