Well, I'm game to try Richard the I. Apologies for apparent prejudices. In my case, they are aimed at King Richard I. ;)

I'm no match for Jane Austen or you lot but it looks fun!

Richard I:

Richard spoke more French than English. I suspect he would've sold them London for crusading finace if they had a buyer, rich enough. More Crusader than kingly, he aimed to free the Holy Land of Moslems but suceeded in being captured by a Christian emperor instead.
Richard's queen was Berengaria but wars made him an absent man and he forgot to leave an heir.
