GR: The Ghost   Written by Cheryl (6/10/2003 4:01 p.m.) in consequence of the missive, GR - Polonius & the Exiting Ghost, penned by LaurieC
Are you new?

] As to the other people that have seen the ghost, at first I thought maybe they were just humoring Hamlet, but Horatio's character is not such that he would go along with that (is there a remote possibility of that?). (I'm still pondering Horatio from last week...)

But Bernardo and Marcellus see it twice before they bring in Horatio, who also sees it and then informs Hamlet. So I don't see how they can be humoring Hamlet.

I agree with you, I don't think Horatio would tell Hamlet of the ghost, if he hadn't seen it. Why would he do that to his friend? In fact, Horatio tries to keep Hamlet from following the ghost.

] Overall, I spend way too much time wondering about that ghost! ;-)

LOL! It is a pesky specter problem! :o)
