GR: Horatio after Hamlet   Written by Kristen G. (6/6/2003 5:10 p.m.) in consequence of the missive, GR: Hmmmm..., penned by Jezkalyn
Are you new?

I really like Horatio. I don't think he'll kill himself: even sensible, non-impulsive people have moments where they lose it, and his grabbing for the cup is one of these. Notice he already has control over himself when Hamlet dies (his "Good night, sweet prince..." seems sad but calm and resigned). I fancy him staying on to help the new king for a bit, and then quietly settling back into normal life.
