|GR: Ophelia and Hamlet

in consequence of the missive, GR: Ophelia's weaknesses, penned by Mary Anne
Poor Ophelia, however, is 1) a woman, 2) a very young woman, 3) doing what would have been expected of her.
Hamlet, on the other hand, is 1) a man, 2) not a very young man, 3) had everything that meant anything to him stripped away from him: father, mother, education, friends (except good old Horatio, but that's for later), lover, etc., etc., etc.
But they are both doing what their father is asking of them, no questions asked. The perfect couple! :-)
